Ao Huay Tong Camping is located in Chiang Mai province beside a reservoir surrounded by forest scenery. Pavilions are available for sitting and taking in views of the bay, with complimentary use for those who purchase from the on-site restaurant and stay less than one hour. To reach the campsite, travel via the Mon Chaem route passing through Mae Khi village, Suan Som Khong Chan, and Mae Khi Sheep Farm, then continue straight from the Alpaca Sheep Farm junction for another 2.7 kilometers. Note that this location should not be confused with Huay Tong in Mae Wang. Facilities include restrooms, showers, a restaurant, parking, and a barbecue area. Rates are 50 to 150 baht, and equipment rental is not available.
