The facilities include simple but reasonably clean bathrooms with hot water showers and a dishwashing sink. Vehicles can park directly by the riverside and pets are welcome on the grounds. The location lies just a few hundred meters from Pai Walking Street, positioned at the base of the bridge crossing the river. Due to its central position, the area experiences considerable activity, particularly during late evening hours. Additional amenities include coin-operated washing machines and dryers for guest use. The entrance fee is 120 baht per person and equipment rental is not available.
