Phu Phan Dao Camping & Homestay is a new nature tourism destination nestled in the mountains of Kong Ra District, Phatthalung Province. The venue offers tent rentals ranging from 150-500 baht per person, with a complete package at 400 baht per person including tent, bedding, mountain top transportation, and breakfast. Very basic campsite with clean toilets. No air-conditioning but cool enough in the night. Only set back was the sound of karaoke from neighbouring resort but at least not as loud as it would be if staying at the up market place. Only campsite is available here but have to prepare own meal so best to get what one needed before heading up. Has a beautiful view to the valley and waterfall. The owner Yaya was very helpful in arranging my stay with Me. Kong the caretaker who does speak English taking care of my needs.
