- How long until my campsite appears?
- Every submission is reviewed within 48 hours. Once approved, the campsite page goes live on both the website and the app automatically, and we’ll let you know by email.
- What information should I prepare?
- For owners: campsite name, province, prices, amenities, contact channels, and photos — the more complete, the better the page. For suggestions, just the campsite name and a Facebook post link is enough.
- My campsite is already listed — how do I update it?
- Contact us with the campsite name and the changes you’d like. We’ll verify ownership and update the listing. Contact us →
- What do I get from listing?
- Your camp gets its own shareable page, appears on the map, in search results, and in province guides — on both the website and the จุดกางเต็นท์.com app. It can collect reviews from campers, and comes with call, navigate, and contact buttons so customers can find and reach you more easily.
- What photos should I include?
- We recommend 3–5 or more real photos of your camp — the pitch area, surrounding views, restrooms, and common areas. Real photos make the page more trustworthy, speed up review, and attract far more campers.
