Pha Chu Camping Ground is located within Sri Nan National Park in Nan Province. The site offers an open camping area with views across the landscape and opportunities to witness the sea of mist during early morning hours. Temperatures tend to be warm during the day but become cool and comfortable at night. Visitors can observe the sunrise and take photographs at designated viewpoints. Facilities include restrooms and shower rooms located within reasonable walking distance that are adequately maintained, though hot water is not available. A restaurant, welfare shop, and small coffee shop serve campers on site. Electrical outlets for charging devices can be found near the restaurant pavilion. The access road is in good condition and suitable for those with experience driving on mountain routes. Campers should be prepared for mosquitoes and small black ants that nest in scattered spots on the ground and deliver painful bites. The camping fee is 30 baht per person per night and equipment rental is available.

Who said this place should visit on winter? Rainy season is awesome as well. It look green everywhere and it feel so fresh. Cool weather, beautiful clouds ☁️ and not crowded at all. I feel like the entire place is welcoming me with love. It is so relaxing by just sitting and enjoying a stunning view. Especially after the rain, the combination of blue sky and green mountains are just perfect 👍. This place has the longest cord of nation flag in Thailand. The story behind the name is “ Pha” meaning mountain and “Chu” mean close in Northern language and due to there are 2 big rocks stay really close together. There is also a tale talking about this place as well. They described an affair of couple so one person jumped off the rock because of the sadness from the affair.
