Always my favorite place to escape the chaos of cities (i.e. like BKK). Great location with the good service mind staffs. I visited more than 4 times but still wanted to go again!!
I booked 3 rooms: L2, L3 and Thisa. For L2, the bathroom is outside the bedroom and requires a short flights of stairs to access it. Despite the slight inconvenience there, the rooms are clean. Thisa and L3 has a rather good view of Khwae Yai river, with a small dining area outside the door. You can request for mookata for dinner, which was well marinated, but you have to wash your cutlery after the meal (550baht for a big plate for 4 and 350baht for a plate for 2). Breakfast was half a bowl of pork porridge (which was just water, rice and minced pork).
Multiple room types to choose from. All basic amenities including a good aircon, comfortable bed, clean room/washroom, ample privacy, peaceful as it's 200 meters away from the main road yet close to Erawan, PTT, 7-11 and provides free water activities. Breakfast congee served right at the room and dinner can be ordered for delivery. Facilities available for barbequing. Super helpful prompt host(s). Contacted them via the Facebook messenger. Very good value and relaxing stay in Kanchanaburi. Go for it.
The room was super affordable for the river view, we were a group of 6 adults being given 2 rooms for a total of 3000 baht. Wifi is so good. You will have access to kayaks for free. It was such a lovely stay for us. The location is strategic and really serves you the best view. It is just around 10km from erawan national park. There is halal food restaurant around 3km from this stay. Free breakfast is provided!!! The staff is really helpful
