Lan Yu Thuan Ban Pa Lo

It's a Lahu (Muser) hill tribe village and a viewpoint for the beautiful Doi Luang Chiang Dao mountain, with clear views of both Doi Luang Chiang Dao and the city. Has both camping areas and accommodations. Perfect for those who love tranquility, good views, cool breeze, and natural camping. The route from the main road is about 15 kilometers through Ban Mae Mae, then another 8 kilometers. The road is quite difficult, requiring 4x4 vehicles only and serious mountain driving skills. Recommended to park at Ban Mae Mae temple and arrange pickup service (fee applies). No tent rental available - must bring your own equipment.
