Mae Tho National Park is a hidden gem for those who truly appreciate the beauty of untouched nature. The moment you arrive, you're greeted by a serene atmosphere that's hard to find elsewhere. The views of Doi Mae Tho are breathtaking, especially in the early morning when the mist blankets the mountains, creating a magical landscape that feels almost surreal. The park is incredibly quiet, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It's the perfect place to set up a tent and immerse yourself in the tranquility of the surroundings. The trails are challenging but rewarding, with stunning vistas that make every step worth it. While the gravel roads can be a bit rough, especially if you're not in a 4x4, the journey adds to the adventure. The park office is helpful, providing essential information to make your visit smooth. If you're lucky, you might even spot some unique wildlife, like the dwarf snakehead, adding to the park's charm. It's a place where you can休

By far the worst national parks in my list. The way is pretty bad it's just muddy, I don't know if there is a toilet. The view was nothing like the picture, the mountain are kinda ugly and tbh the way here is much more appealing. The trail r not taken care of it's full of leafs and dirt you can barely see the stairs. The rails on the trails are worse it's just basically falling apart. Trust me it's not worth your time coming all the way here.

One of my personal favorites as a lover of the great outdoors. The landscape is stunning and you will be lucky to see anyone else whilst there, as it’s not on the tourist trail of places to visit. The good boots, plenty water and trail mix, if you plan to spend a day here. It’s fantastic between Nov - Feb, as the temperatures are cooler and the breeze pleasant. Highly recommended if you love the great outdoors, want to go somewhere most tourists don’t, love nature and love the mountains.
