Had Napathara Phirom, also known as EOD Beach, sits within the Royal Thai Navy Air Base at U-Tapao Rayong-Pattaya International Airport in Chonburi Province, approximately 2.5 kilometers from the passenger terminal. The beach stretches along the coast with brown sand and clear water, shaded naturally by pine trees that line the shore. Its location within a military zone ensures safety and security, with maintenance provided by naval personnel. Visitors can relax by the sea, pitch tents, swim, fish, take photographs, or watch aircraft operations from the beach. The site provides parking, restrooms, showers, electricity, a restaurant, and Utapao Cafe. The tranquil atmosphere and steady breeze make it suitable for camping and recreational activities. Quiet hours are enforced after 10 PM. Camping fees range from 200 to 500 baht depending on tent size or vehicle type, and equipment rental is not available.

วิวดี ทะเลสวย มีร้านกาแฟและร้านอาหารเสียอย่างเดียวขยะเยอะมาก ห้องน้ำค่อนข้างเก่าไปจอดนอนราคาค่อนข้างแพง
ร้านอาหารบริเวณจุดกางเต็นท์ อาหารอร่อย กลางคืนเจ้าหน้าที่จะมาเก็บค่ากางเต็นท์แต่ไม่ใช่เจ้าหน้าที่ทหาร เนื่องจากเป็นพื้นที่เปิดและผู้คนเข้าพัก มีทุกเกรด ครั้งล่าสุดที่ไปกางเต็นท์ เป็นผู้หญิงไปใช้ห้องอาบน้ำเจอกลุ่มวัยรุ่นผู้ชายเข้ามาใช้ห้องอาบน้ำฝั่งผู้หญิง และห้องติดกันกำแพงเดียวกัน ซึ่งความปลอดภัยเป็น 0 ทั้งนี้ใดๆ ภาพรวมสถานที่บรรยากาศ ความสะอาดถือว่าดี ข้อเสียคือความเป็นส่วนตัวและความปลอดภัย ถ้าเป็นเขตทหาร จัดว่าคะแนนเป็น 0 #ผู้หญิงไปคนเดียวไม่แนะนำ
