Had Napathara Phirom, also known as EOD Beach, sits within the Royal Thai Navy Air Base at U-Tapao Rayong-Pattaya International Airport in Chonburi Province, approximately 2.5 kilometers from the passenger terminal. The beach stretches along the coast with brown sand and clear water, shaded naturally by pine trees that line the shore. Its location within a military zone ensures safety and security, with maintenance provided by naval personnel. Visitors can relax by the sea, pitch tents, swim, fish, take photographs, or watch aircraft operations from the beach. The site provides parking, restrooms, showers, electricity, a restaurant, and Utapao Cafe. The tranquil atmosphere and steady breeze make it suitable for camping and recreational activities. Quiet hours are enforced after 10 PM. Camping fees range from 200 to 500 baht per person per night depending on tent size or vehicle type, and equipment rental is not available.

Really white beach!
Amazing place to visit with family and friends. As I found they have lots of options for you. If you want to stay in your own tent you can choose sea side views. Also have rooms and sea side villas. You can choose your own favorite food options at that shop.
We went for lunch. The beach and the sea are beautiful and refreshing, and yet hot weather followed us here. The facility is part of the Thai Royal Navy base. Overnight stay allowed in the campsite. There is a bar and coffee shop and a restaurant that serves very good Thai cuisine.
Nice, quiet campsite. You can rent small houses or permanent tents. Also many toilets available.
Nice beach, alot camper, power plug and washing bay all over the place, parking space unlimited and foc, shower room and toilet available too, but no heater, (Toilet not so clean). Very affordable price, just $300 baht for building one tent. Someone will come to collect the money from you. Walking distance to restaurant, cafe, bar and some mini van selling snacks and drinks. Here got massage service booth too! 7-11 need to drive less than 10min if you need to purchase alcohol or snacks. Alot navy airplane and rocket lying around for display, for those who love to take photo. Just abit noisy, due to plane landing and got no limit what time you need to soften your voice. Beside us got few tent never sleep at all, play games till morning 6am plus. So I guess is your luck to find a good spot and good neighbors. Weird thing is, toilet is not that far. Our neighbor just pee directly infront of our tent facing the beach side. And we walk towards the toilet, some guy stand just beside the toilet and pee at the grass. Just less than 3 second walking distance to the toilet, how come he pee there. Overall is fine, if you don't mind seeing people pee around and noisy sound of plane landing and your neighbor party till morning. Try to find a good spot! But cannot complain, this price is very low!
Very good campsite right on the beach. Plenty of level ground to pitch tents. The site has good onsite facilities, including toliet blocks, electricity, coffee shops and a restaurant. The price is 200 baht per tent. It's classed as a military facility, so farangs are welcome but must visit with Thai friends.
