Water & swimming

The campsite sits on a river with a fairly brisk current but shallow water, easy to swim along the sandy stretch, and boats are available to rent. During flooding the riverside section is closed to camping, though this happens only a short part of the year; otherwise the waterfront lawn reopens as usual. If a spot right by the water matters to you, check the status of that zone before setting out.

Quiet & crowds

Quiet hours are posted from 10 pm, but on weekends there are often groups camping who keep drinking and singing well past midnight, and the staff cannot always keep the noise fully in check. If genuine quiet matters to you, consider avoiding Saturday nights or picking a spot away from the larger groups; on weekdays the crowd is thinner and noticeably calmer.

Food & supplies

No need to load the whole car with supplies: the site has its own minimart and restaurant, and it sits close to the town strip with major stores and restaurants such as Makro. Anything essential can be picked up within minutes, and parking is available on site — a good fit for campers who prefer to pack light and shop on arrival.
