บริเวณลานแบ่งเป็นชั้น ที่ใกล้ลำธารเป็นลานดินและมีลานปูนเป็นจุดๆ ทั่วไปดูร่มรื่นทุกจุด ห้องน้ำมีจุดใหญ่จุดเดียว มีอ่างล้างจานโดยรวมสะอาด ลุงเจ้าของดูแลดีเป็นกันเอง ช่วงที่ไปคนไม่เยอะยิ่งดูสงบเหมาะแก่การพักผ่อน แต่ช่วงมามีฝนตกหนัก ทำให้ลำธารน้ำไม่ใสไหลแรงไม่ค่อยน่าลงเล่น แต่เหมาะกับการล่องเรือคายัคเล่นมากกว่า ที่นี้สัญญาณทรูไม่มี มีแต่เอไอเอส แต่ทางลานมีไวไฟให้ใช้ ที่นี้เหมาลานแบบกลุ่มปิดได้ ราคาไม่แรงถ้าเทียบกับขนาดลานและบรรยายกาศโดยรวม

ลานกางเต็นท์ที่เป็นส่วนตัวสุดๆ มาครั้งแรก ประทับใจมาก พี่คนที่ดูแลเป็นกันเองคอยถาม คอยแนะนำ ดูแลอย่างดี ทางลานกางเต็นท์มีส่วนกลางสามารถใช้งานได้ มีเตา มีอุปกรณ์ครัวให้ยืม มีไฟฟ้าให้เสียบใช้ได้ มีห้องน้ำ-ห้องอาบน้ำสะอาด ราคาไม่แพง สิ่งที่เราต้องเตรียมมาเอง -นำเต็นท์มาเอง ไม่มีบริการเต็นท์ -นำถ้วยจานมาเอง ที่นี่มีที่ล้างให้ -นำอาหารมาเอง (ใครไม่มีสั่งจากร้านตามสั่งใกล้ๆได้) รวมๆแล้วโอเคมากๆ ค่อนข้างสงบเป็นส่วนตัว มีธารน้ำให้เด็กๆเล่นได้ มีน้องหมารอต้อนรับ2ตัว ไว้จะมาอีกจ้า
