Pet-friendly - dogs allowed in water with leash.

Doi Oki Camping
Newly opened camping ground at Doi Oki, Tha Song Yang District, Tak Province. Offers tent pitching services for stargazing at night and fog viewing in the morning. On lucky days, you can experience full 360-degree fog views or fog hitting your face. Tent rental available, restroom facilities, mobile phone signal coverage. Located only 300 meters from Highway 105. No reservation system required, walk-in available.

Doi Soi Malai
Doi Soi Malai National Park, open for ascent 7:00-15:00 only. No reservation needed, first-come first-served. Free camping service. Floating camping spot with panoramic view of Tak city. Beautiful green mountain scenery. Cooking allowed, must bring trash back down. Camping area accommodates about 3-5 tents. No electricity, no phone signal. No alcohol allowed, no loud noise after 22:00. Very windy and cold. Recommend 4WD, 4X4 high-clearance vehicles only due to rocky and red dirt road conditions. Or motorcycles suitable for mountain climbing. Distance from main road to Doi Soi Dao 10 km, takes about 1.30 hours. Checkpoint 5 km before Doi Soi Dao. Open December 1 - June 30 every year.
