Facilities: The toilets and showers here are kept clean, and there is a dishwashing sink for campers. One thing to know: no hot water, so a night-time shower in Loei's cool air takes some grit. The grounds are split into upper and lower levels with plenty of space, making it comfortable for larger groups or families with kids.
Quiet & crowds: The campground sits about 21 km from Phu Ruea town, so the quiet here is genuine, not just marketing. The rules are clear too: no loudspeakers and no loud noise after 10 pm, which keeps nights calm for stargazing under a sky full of stars.
