Camping Area - Chiang Rai occupies a ridgetop location in Chiang Rai province, appealing to nature enthusiasts and camping visitors. The site sits at an elevation that allows campers to observe sea of mist formations and sunrise views across the surrounding mountains. After dark, the remote setting away from urban light pollution provides favorable conditions for stargazing. Basic facilities include restroom access for campers. Notes from our team

Facilities
Toilets are temporary plastic stall boxes with no basin or shower. Bring your own water. If it rains, the path to the toilet gets slippery with mud, so pack grippy footwear.
Value for money
Camping costs 30 baht per person. The site is looked after by forest rangers and runs on donations. There is no food service, so stock up before heading up.

Bathrooms are just temporary plastic box stalls. No basin or shower. It rained when we stayed there(25/12/21). So we had to walk through a slippery muddy road to go to the bathroom. The staffs in the campground are quite helpful.
