Delete Your Account

You're in full control of your data. If you'd like to permanently delete your account, you can do it directly from the app in just a few taps — no need to email us.
1. What We Store About You
- Your profile — name, email, and profile photo
- Reviews and ratings you've written
- Your saved (wishlist) campsites
- Push notification tokens for your devices
2. How to Delete Your Account
2.1 From the App (Recommended)
- Open the app and go to ตั้งค่า (Settings)
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm — your account is deleted immediately
2.2 By Email
If you can't access the app, you can also request deletion by emailing us at contact@จุดกางเต็นท์.com
3. What Gets Deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your profile photo (removed from our storage)
- All reviews and ratings you've written
- Your wishlist
- Your device push notification registrations
Deletion is instant when done through the app. Email requests are processed within 30 days.
Some of your reviews may remain visible in an anonymised form to preserve the integrity of campsite ratings.
