Atmosphere

The grounds are open and spacious, with trees surrounding the pitch to block the midday sun. Mornings tend to be a bit humid, rain usually arrives in the afternoon, and by evening the temperature drops to around 22 degrees, with strong wind but no rain at night. Because the site borders forest and wet ground, millipedes are common after dark, though there are no mosquitoes. During New Year there is music, fireworks, and activities.

Water & swimming

The stream here runs clear and blue, cool all year, and especially beautiful in the rainy season. The water level stays moderate, flowing year-round, with swimming spots scattered across the grounds. Some sections are deep, and life vests are provided on site, while shallow areas are fun for children to wade in. Dogs are allowed in the water, and some camping pitches sit right on the stream bank.
