Notes from our team

What makes it special
What you see from the grounds is a mountain wall rising almost within arm's reach of the tents, visible all day from where you sleep. On clear nights after the clouds break, the sky opens into a full field of stars. Natural hot springs also sit close by, so a single day can carry you from stream to summit view to a hot soak — water, mountain, and stars all within one area.
Atmosphere
The camping ground sits directly beneath the Chiang Dao mountains, with a stream running right through the middle of the site, so the sound of flowing water stays with you all day. The morning and evening air carries the genuine coolness of Thailand's northern highlands. The surrounding area is also being steadily reforested by the camp's owner with trees and fruit-bearing plants, giving the grounds more shade and greenery than a typical campsite.

A beautiful camping site with a stream flowing through the area. There are plenty of bathrooms. Unfortunately, we couldn’t stay because the campsite was fully booked for a trail running event. We’ll definitely come back and stay here next time.
