There is a tent camping area and access to the waterfront where local villagers regularly fish. Accommodation includes rental houses by the dam. Nights are cool to cold with strong winds, and visitors can listen to the sounds of jungle fowl and other wildlife. The facility is managed by the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand, which continuously develops the surrounding area to maintain ecological balance while promoting sustainable community living alongside nature.

Thung Kamang is located in Chaiyaphum Province, featuring expansive grasslands covered with lush green grass, morning mist, and herds of barking deer roaming throughout the area. Access requires driving to Chulabhorn Dam, passing through Thung Luylai and ascending hills along the way. Before reaching the entrance, there is a Thung Luylai viewpoint on the right where visitors can enjoy sea of mist views. The entrance on the left has staff for reception services. After paying entrance fees, visitors must drive approximately 25 kilometers further, taking 30-45 minutes on roads that are generally good but have some potholes. Camping areas are available for flexible tent setup. Facilities include restrooms and food service until 18:30. Internet signal is available from evening until night but disappears by morning. The area is particularly beautiful at dawn when visitors can enjoy the misty atmosphere and observe deer. Operating hours are strictly 08:00-16:00 only.
Rai Unalom is a camping area located beside Nam Phud Thap Lao spring in Chaiyaphum province. The site offers a quiet and private environment suited to those seeking a nature-oriented experience. Camping pitches are set along the stream in a shaded setting where the gentle sound of flowing water provides a natural soundtrack throughout the night. Cool Bar Camp is located in Chaiyaphum province next to Nam Phut Thap Lao spring. Equipment rental availablePha Pho Mueang campsite in Chaiyaphum sits amid the seasonal Dok Krajiao (Siam tulip) fields of Sai Thong National Park during the rainy season. This campsite in Chaiyaphum draws campers wanting cool weather with morning mist and rain, and this year the field's kept white Krajiao blooms alongside the usual pink ones. Visitors who don't want to walk far can head to the Sub Mongkol service point and catch a shuttle to Thung Bua Sawan 1, or hike the Pha Ham Hod-Thung Bua Sawan nature trail, over 2 kilometers long. Fees are 40 THB park entry per person, 30 THB per car, 20 THB per motorcycle, and 30 THB per person per night for tent pitching. The shaded grounds have a welfare shop serving made-to-order food, newly built separate men's and women's restrooms, and a dishwashing area, but there's no electricity charging point and no trash disposal — campers must carry out their own garbage. Phone signal in the area is very weak.
Pha Pho Mueang Camping Ground is located within Sai Thong National Park in Chaiyaphum Province. The site offers a natural setting with cool temperatures around 19 degrees Celsius.
