Kohkhokhao Camping is located on Koh Kho Khao island in Phangnga province. Access requires taking a car ferry to the island, with a fee of 200 baht per vehicle and no charge for passengers. The ferry operates on a fixed schedule with vehicles boarding first and disembarking last. Motorcyclists can use smaller boats without waiting for scheduled departures. The campsite sits at the end of the island's single main road, making navigation straightforward. An on-site restaurant and bungalows provide dining options for those who prefer not to cook. Visitors can enjoy kayaking, swimming, and beachside barbecues along the Andaman Sea coastline, which runs parallel to Khao Na Yak and Laem Phrom Thep in Phuket. The site is recognized for its sunset views over the ocean. As a designated dark sky conservation area, the location offers excellent conditions for stargazing and viewing the Milky Way during early morning hours. Facilities include electricity, water supply, restrooms, and showers. The camping fee is 150 baht per person per night, and equipment rental is available.

Superb. Very quite. Beautiful beachfront plot. Toilets and showers were very adequate and kept clean. There's a couple of standup boards available. Electric dropped out a couple of times when it rained. Pet friendly. Sunset beach cafe and bar is handy. (100m). The beach massage was superb. (Book it at the bar) No nearby local shops so bring everything you're likely to need. You can buy bags of ice from the bar. My 2nd visit & I'll be back again for sure.
Good place, and friendly owner 🤙 have everything you need, also 3km away from camp have local shop, and local restaurants. Best place to peacefull relax. Keep it clean guys when you will come here hahaha
The camping is situated right on an amazing beach. Amazing view on the sea and sunset. The owner is very friendly and will help you if you need something. There is some shade from pine trees. Also there are tents for rent. Electricity can be provided. Every Tuesday you can go to a small market about 5 km from the camping. There are restaurants in the neighbourhood. I would give it 5 stars if the toilets and showers would be cleaned regularly. Electricity network not stable. It drops to 160 volts every minute.
Nice and private huge beach. Has electric but not strong so if using battery or aircon make sure you are charged before u arrive as only good to top up battery slowly. They are making a new restaurant and will be open next month. Friendly people Definitely worth the visit. 200 baht per person. Has toilet and shower
Stayed 2 nights will stay longer next time. Lovely beach, 2 restaurants nearby, water and electricity provided to our campervan and included in 200 baht per person per night fee. Very quiet and peaceful, sun beds and ATV’s available, very pet friendly
