What makes it special

The rooftop terrace above some rooms serves as the property's viewpoint — one spot works for both the morning sunrise and the warm evening light, and once the sky darkens it doubles as a place for stargazing. Looking down, the pond and the garden's tree line spread out below, so the terrace is worth using early before a fishing session at the pond and again at dusk before bed.

Atmosphere

The grounds around the rooms form a shaded garden where you can stroll all day. At its heart sits a pond stocked with several species of fish raised naturally, its surface catching sunlight and the shade of trees along the bank throughout the day. When the sun softens, the pond edge becomes the spot most worth lingering at. The whole place feels like the garden home its name suggests, rather than rows of adjoining hotel rooms.
