Atmosphere

The grounds open onto a lakeside lawn with a clear view of the Khao Chamao range inside the national park. There is room to cycle, jog, or fish all day by the water, and the lake itself is clean. It works well for families and groups of friends.

Facilities

The site provides electricity, shared toilets, parking, a coffee shop, WiFi, food you can order in, and a fishing pond. There are three unisex toilets with strong water flow, though cleanliness needs more attention than it currently gets.

Water & swimming

The lake is the heart of this site. The water is clear enough for fishing all day, and most groups settle in beside it to fish and hang out together. It is the main activity here, all within steps of the tent field.

Best time to go

Weekdays suit this place best, when it is calmer and space is plentiful. Weekends bring crowds and tightly packed pitches, with more group noise as numbers grow. If the dates are flexible, skipping the weekend makes for an easier stay.
