5.0(5 reviews)

Ton Phrai Waterfall Camping Ground is located in Thai Mueang District, Phang Nga Province. This quiet and peaceful campsite sees few tourists on regular days, making it an ideal retreat for those seeking tranquility. The camping area is situated right next to a stream, creating a refreshing natural atmosphere. The national park offers tent rentals at 400 THB per tent, including bedding sets that can accommodate up to 3 people. Restroom facilities are located some distance from the camping area. The park staff are very helpful and friendly, providing excellent service without disturbing visitors. Entry fees are 70 THB per vehicle and 30 THB per person to access the waterfall area. The main drawback is the lack of mobile phone signal coverage - visitors need to walk approximately 1 kilometer away from the campsite to get reception.

Ton Phrai Waterfall in Thaimuang District, Phang Nga, is a tranquil escape surrounded by lush, well-maintained forests. The waterfall features multiple tiers and clean water free of debris. It is open daily from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with parking and restrooms available. The main advantage is that it is free to swim and play in the water. The nature trails also have helpful signs about local plants and animals. However, be aware that mobile phone signal isvery limited inside the forest. I personally enjoyed walking the trails and camping nearby before swimming. The atmosphere was calm and refreshing. I highly recommend arriving early if you want a "private waterfall" feeling, as it is much quieter in the morning before the crowds arrive.

Walked today in Sandals, I think it’s doable in below par footwear (if push comes to shove.) a 20-25 min walk adds to the atmosphere leading up to the falls with serene coves and beautiful canopies at every turn. Far surpassed — what I was expecting — a must visit if in the local area. 🐠

Visited in a raining day, the water fall is way big than expected, enjoyed the walk to it. A lot of fish in the water, if you stand near them, they will come to kiss your toes.

Ton Pari Waterfall in Phang Nga is a hidden gem that's well worth the visit! The waterfall itself is stunning, with water cascading down multiple tiers into a refreshing pool. The lush greenery surrounding the falls creates a serene and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing day out. The water is crystal clear and inviting, making it ideal for a swim. There are also plenty of spots to sit and enjoy the scenery, take photos, or simply unwind. The area is well-maintained, and there are some basic facilities available, such as restrooms. One thing to note is that the journey to the waterfall involves a bit of a walk through the forest, which adds to the adventure. Wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for a short hike. Overall, Ton Pari Waterfall is a beautiful and peaceful destination that offers a great escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Highly recommended for nature lovers! Welcome 😇🇹🇭

It was a fabulous journey, and I enjoyed walking to the waterfall. It's 600 meters and take extra care because there are many rocks, stones and tree roots on the ground. There are many small waterfalls and water is cleaned. Please avoid weekends due to crowded tourists. Weekdays are much better and toilet facilities are cleaned. Good road conditions all the way to the car park.
