Lan Khok Wua Lung Loem is a campsite in Lampang set on a green hilltop offering views of Doi Luang and Doi Nok Phayao mountains. Located in Ban Mae Kham La, Ngao District, it lies about 18 km from the main road, with the final 4.4 to 5 km being a rough dirt-and-concrete track up the mountain. Sedans and low-clearance pickups cannot make the climb; only 4x4 trucks and motorcycles can reach the site. For those without suitable vehicles, the owner Lung Loem offers a pickup service from his house in Ban Mae Ngao Tai village, charging a small fee based on luggage weight and number of people, or a flat charter rate of 1000 baht. Camping costs 100 baht per person. The site has 2 toilets and 1 shower, phone signal is available but there is no electricity or Wi-Fi. November brings cool weather with light morning mist. The owner is known for being friendly and attentive to campers' needs.
