Who it suits: For a few hundred baht you get a sunset viewpoint and evening stargazing, so it suits photographers and anyone wanting to slow down with some outdoor cooking. Those expecting full comfort or resort-level service may find it a mismatch.
Value for money: Camping is 200 baht per person and already includes electricity, wifi, toilets and showers — good value for a wide-open site with mountain views and golden flower fields. Food and drinks at the on-site café and restaurant are paid separately.
Food & supplies: There's a café plus a restaurant on two levels, so no need to bring your own supplies — but service is uneven. The upper restaurant has made guests wait up to two hours and billed them before the meal, while the lower level serves good food with friendly, attentive staff. Allow extra time when ordering.
