Atmosphere: The ground is a wide rocky yard, so tents stay clean even after rain, shaded by large trees that keep the air cool most of the day. The number of tents is capped, which keeps the place quiet and unhurried — sometimes only one tent occupies the whole yard, almost like a private booking. The owners are friendly and generous with advice.
Water & swimming: The yard runs right down to a stream in Suan Phueng district, with water clear enough to see the bottom. You can step straight from your tent into the shallow current, shaded by trees lining the bank. Afternoons suit kids splashing in the cool water, and late afternoon is made for sitting by the stream — the creek is part of daily life here, not just a distant backdrop.
