The room or apartment offers a spectacular view of the lake and the town as a whole. Parking is available on site, though limited. The walk from the hotel to the city center where the Lee restaurant, is just 50 m odd - very convenient. The room is sizeable and nice in general, no TV and breakfast served onsite. The only complaint is that the partition that segregate the foyer from the neighboring room/apartment is rather low, better if the partition can be increase in height for better privacy. The room's lock mechanism needs to improve or repair too. Other than that, a good stay, though price per night is on the high side.
Breath taking view, big and clean room with affordable price. Recommended to stay here of you’re in Ban Rak Thai. Receptionist speak good english and help me to settle my punctured car tyre. Very good Thai style breakfast and you may order mookata from them for dinner. Cons is the road to the room is a bit steep.
This is a great place highly recommended, high up on the hill with awesome views of the lake and the town. It has a huge balcony with seating and great views. There are two double beds which were very comfortable, large shower area they even have hot water in the sink. There is a spare room for your luggage and clothes hanging space. It was very cold when we were here down to 8 deg, but there is no heater in the room, hence this is 4 star not a full 5, it was very cold at night. Otherwise difficult to fault.
We stayed in a private accommodation that likely offered the most beautiful view over Ban Rak Thai one could imagine. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable we had during our entire trip to Thailand. The room and bathroom were very spacious. The Wi-Fi was stable and fast. The breakfast was excellent, although we couldn’t eat much as we were still recovering from food poisoning we had contracted in Pai two days earlier. I truly believe we couldn’t have found a better place to recover. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, even assisting with carrying our luggage. On the first day, there was an issue with the water supply in the bathroom, but it was resolved within two minutes after informing the staff. Parking is conveniently available at the bottom of the hill. For such a breathtaking view, you do need to climb a steep hill, which could be challenging for people with physical limitations. Overall, the accommodation exceeded all our expectations.
One of the best accommodation we had on our trip. I had a moment of regret booking it when I arrived and had to walk up the super steep slope to our unit but that all disappeared once I reached it. The view is to die for! The room is huge and could fit my family of 5 (3 teens) comfortably. Everything was really clean. And my girls loved the swing on the balcony. It is right next door to Lee Wine so you get the beauty without the crowd. 😉 The staff were really nice and helpful though they didn't really speak English. But they tried, and we communicated via Google translate. The traditional breakfast they provided was also amazing. Really delicious. Will definitely come back to stay here again.
