เต็นเช่าราคาเป็นพัน รอยปะเต็มไปหมด ฝนตกน้ำเข้าซึมตามรอยปะ ปะแล้วปะอีก ฝนตกทีนอนไม่ได้ไปฝั่งนึง เข็ดมาก มันไม่สมควรเอามาให้ตั้งแต่แรก เทียบกับราคาแล้วไม่คุ้มค่า ทำลานใหญ่โตแต่ดูแลได้ไม่ทั่วถึง เน้นแต่ปริมาณ พื้นที่ดินโคลนเละเดินลื่นหัวแตกได้เลย
