Khao Ta Tong Suan Phueng is located in Ratchaburi province and offers mountain camping with panoramic views across surrounding peaks. The landscape evokes northern Thailand despite being within easy reach of Bangkok. Two distinct camping zones are available: the upper 360-degree area provides more seclusion, while the flag area offers clearer views of the mountain ranges. Facilities include two toilet blocks, with the upper area being newer and cleaner though lacking hot water, and two dishwashing stations. Electricity is accessible but campers must bring their own extension cords. A parking area and Wi-Fi are provided, though mobile phone reception is limited to the AIS network. The access road is somewhat steep and narrow but passable for standard cars. The site charges 200 baht per person, and equipment rental is not available.
