Notes from our team

What makes it special
The viewpoint offers a full 360-degree panorama of mountains and valley. You can watch both sunrise and sunset from the same spot, and many visitors camp overnight to catch the morning sunrise.
Getting there
You can drive up on your own and there is a parking lot on site, but the entrance splits off the main road and is easy to miss. If you're coming for sunrise, check the parking location in advance before heading out in the dark.
Quiet & crowds
During actual stays the spot was not crowded, so finding space for a tent wasn't a problem. The area is well maintained, with spots to sit and have a picnic, which is why many choose to camp overnight here for the morning light.

Breathtaking panoramic views, especially at sunrise! Wasnt on a lucky day where sea mist were taken place but breathtaking anyway. It’s a peaceful spot, perfect for nature lovers and photographers. The area is well-maintained with a few spots for relaxing or having a picnic. A must-visit if you’re in Khao Kho for an unforgettable experience!

It's amazing experience. You can see Sunrise and sunset both. Best part is it's not too crowded so camping is best choice.

One of the most beautiful viewpoints in Khao Kho, from where you can look all the way down upon the roads near this hill. It's a perfect place to take pictures. At the time I was there, it was afternoon, but I've heard that sunset and sunrise here is very beautiful! The hill provides a 360 view of the area, so both sunset and sunrise can be seen here.

Very good view point 360 degree to see the whole mountain and valley. I missed the sunrise because the google map show the location but dont show the parking lot area which leads to the main road (which is very easy to miss in early morning) pls check the photo as below to ensure you dont miss :( I was unlucky that I could not catch the sea of cloud also
