Rai Fon Thiam earns its nickname "Doi Mae Tho of Saraburi" with sweeping 360-degree views of rolling grasslands and layered mountains that feel more like northern Thailand than central. Camping in Saraburi has rarely been this accessible — the site is just a 2–3 hour drive from Bangkok in Mueang Mok Klek district. The fee is 100 THB per person per night, with children under 10 entering free; full tent rental sets are available for 350 THB. No advance booking is required and the site accepts walk-ins daily. The access road is a steep, rocky dirt track suitable only for pickup trucks, 4×4s, or adventure motorcycles — sedan drivers can park at the base and take the campsite's shuttle for 50 THB per person. Mobile signal is weak to non-existent at the summit and there is no electrical hookup, so a power bank is strongly recommended. The site is pet-friendly, and morning mist or rainy-season sea of clouds drifts through on many mornings.
