ลานส่วนตัวมาก เงียบสงบ เจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลดี วิวสวย ห้องน้ำสะอาด ทำค่อนข้างดี ให้ห้องน้ำส่วนตัวเลยไม่ต้องเข้ารวมกับคนอื่นๆ มีข้อเสียแค่เรื่องเดินไปห้องน้ำไกล กับหน้าฝนพื้นอาจจะแฉะหน่อย
