K2 BaseCamp Khaoyai

K2 BaseCamp Khaoyai offers camping in Nakhon Ratchasima just 1.7 km from the Khao Yai Chao Por Shrine, with all vehicle types able to access the site easily near a 7-Eleven and Lotus store. Advance-booking campers pay 100 THB per person per night; walk-ins pay 150 THB — children under 10 enter free. During Khao Yai concert events, rates rise to 150 THB (booking) and 200 THB (walk-in). The site has warm-water shower and toilet blocks separated by gender, electrical hookup points for phone charging and fans (bring a 20-metre extension cord), and phone signal throughout. Tent rental is available: a 2-person tent costs 300 THB per night, a 4-person tent 500 THB, and a full tipi set with tarp, sleeping mat, table and chairs is 1,200 THB for 2 guests. Cooking is permitted on-site. A K2-brand camping gear shop on the grounds sells tents, tarps, grills, lanterns and more. Check-in starts at 12:00 and check-out is by 14:00.
