Lam Ta Khong Campground - Khao Yai National Park

One of the must-do activities at Khao Yai National Park during winter is camping in nature. The park currently offers one camping area, Lam Ta Khong Campsite, a large open grassy field beside the river surrounded by forest and natural scenery, with full facilities including toilets, showers, parking, electricity, a convenience store, and restaurants/cafés. Visitors can book the campsite online up to 60 days in advance for a maximum stay of 3 consecutive days, or contact the campsite directly if space is still available. Camping area fees are 30 THB/adult/night and 10 THB/child/night. Parking fees for camper vehicles are 300 THB/vehicle/night for non-towed camper vans and 200 THB/vehicle/night for rooftop tent vehicles or similar types. Camping equipment rental rates are 225 THB/night for a 3-person tent, 150 THB/night for a 2-person tent, 30 THB/night for a sleeping bag, 20 THB/night for a blanket, 20 THB/night for a sleeping mat, 20 THB/night for a mat, 10 THB/night for a pillow, and 40 THB/night for a tarp. The convenience store and food shops at the campsite are open daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Camping outside the designated area is not allowed, and visitors should follow all park safety guidelines carefully.
