Klo Selo Village is located on the Thai-Myanmar border mountains in Mae Hong Son province. The area features multiple camping sites across several peaks including Khun Klo Selo, Mon Bloh Cho, Mon Diao Dai, and Mon Phop Fa, all offering sea of mist views with camping spots positioned close to the mist. Visitors can enjoy panoramic mountain vistas and see the confluence of the Salween and Moei rivers. Two routes lead up from Mae Sam Laep. The 18-kilometer route consists of 70% dirt road with deep ruts and steep slopes requiring experienced driving skills, while the 22-kilometer route has more concrete sections but still includes alternating dirt stretches. Sedans are not recommended for either route. Motorcycles can access the site but should be in good condition before attempting the journey. Internet signal is intermittent and GPS devices may not function reliably, so route research is advised before departure. The clean camping area accommodates approximately 50 to 70 tents. Facilities include toilets, showers, a shop, viewpoints, parking, stargazing areas, and hiking trails. The nightly rate is 120 baht per person, and equipment rental is not available.
