Has dishwashing area and wheelbarrows. Pets allowed with advance notice. No cars on grass, no charcoal stoves on grass, no electric stoves. No music after 22:30. Portable AC additional 130 baht. Check-in 12:30, check-out before 11:30. Advance booking required for Fri/Sat/Sun/holidays. Pay full amount for booking, 50% for exclusive hire. No refund for cancellation.
