Phu Tap Fah 360, a campsite in Phrae's Rong Kwang district, sits at the highest point of the Phrae sky-road zone — known locally as Teletubby Hill — with an unobstructed 360-degree panorama of mountains and a sea of mist. The rainy season is the best time to catch the mist, when the surrounding hills turn deep green; nighttime temperatures settle at around 23–24 °C. The camping fee is 200 baht per person; campers can pitch their own tent, rent one on-site, or bring a rooftop-tent vehicle. The site runs on solar power, so there is no electrical hookup. Clean shower-and-toilet facilities and a parking area are on-site, and a viewpoint makes the location popular for photography and stargazing. Three homestay rooms are also available at 1,490 baht per night, including breakfast and a drip-coffee set, with a coffee-and-drinks counter open Friday through Sunday. The road up is steep and narrow, so a pickup truck is strongly recommended for camping in Phrae at this elevation.
