Pha Sok, Pha Taem National Park
Pha Sok in Pha Taem National Park, Ubon Ratchathani, is a natural camping destination that has been open to visitors since July 12, 2022. Access to Pha Sok requires advance permission from the Pha Taem National Park office, where visitors must provide details such as names, group size, and travel dates. There are two ways to reach the campsite: hiking from Tha Long Village for about 3 kilometers, which is suitable for trekking enthusiasts, or taking a local vehicle from the Soi Sawan Waterfall service unit for about 8 kilometers, followed by a 300-meter walk. The camping area on top has no electricity and no food for sale, so visitors must bring all necessary supplies and food themselves, although restroom facilities are available. The route passes through lush forest, waterfalls, and streams, making it ideal for hikers and nature lovers seeking an overnight outdoor experience.
