Notes from our team

Who it suits
Suited to those who love falling asleep to a stream's sound and don't mind a real chill — in cool season the dew is thick and it can drop to 9°C, so pack warm layers. Early-sun seekers should note the sun only reaches this end-of-road campsite later in the morning, around 9:30.
Facilities
Showers come with water heaters, which makes cold mornings much easier, and electricity points are available on a timed switch. The tent pitches are level and sit right by a clear stream, with rice fields and mountain views up top. There are also rooms for rent if you'd rather skip the tent.
Pets & families
This is an easygoing spot for families — the owners are warm and hands-on, and there's plenty of open, walkable ground around the house for kids to roam by the stream. Breakfast like a loaded rice congee is available on site, and with both tent pitches and rooms, families can pick whatever suits them.
