Pom Pee is situated within Khao Laem National Park in Kanchanaburi province, offering a waterside camping area beside Vajiralongkorn Dam. The site is located along the route to Sangkhla Buri and serves as a suitable base for overnight stays or brief stops to take in the lakeside scenery. Evening hours provide views of the sunset reflecting across the reservoir. Basic facilities include water supply and restrooms, while boat trips around the reservoir are available. In addition to tent camping, the park offers fan-cooled and air-conditioned bungalows for visitors who prefer indoor accommodation. The national park entrance fee is 40 baht per person, with a vehicle fee of 30 baht. Camping is priced at 30 baht per person per night, fan rooms start at 600 baht per night, air-conditioned rooms begin at 1,000 baht per night, and camper van sites with electrical hookups cost 300 baht per vehicle. Equipment rental is available on site.

แวะมาขากลับช่วงบ่ายแก่ๆ บรรยากาศโดยรวมดีมาก อากาศไม่ร้อนอย่างที่คิด โดยเฉพาะช่วงเย็นกำลังสบาย แต่ถ้าอยู่กลางแจ้งช่วงแดดจัดจะค่อนข้างร้อนอยู่บ้าง จุดเด่นคือวิวสวย ติดน้ำ บรรยากาศเงียบสงบ เหมาะกับการมาพักผ่อน กางเต็นท์ นั่งชมวิว รับลมธรรมชาติ ฟีลชิลๆ ไม่วุ่นวาย ใครชอบความเรียบง่าย ใกล้ธรรมชาติ น่าจะถูกใจ โดยรวมเป็นลานกางเต็นท์ที่เหมาะกับการมานอนพักผ่อน ปล่อยใจสบายๆ และดื่มด่ำกับวิว
สวย เงียบสงบ คนไม่เยอะ เจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลดี ห้องน้ำสะอาดดี น้ำสะอาด ที่จอดรถแค้มป์มีไฟให้ใช้
เสียงเรือชาวบ้านไปมาๆ ดังตั้งแต่เช้ามืด ใครจะนอนตื่นสายไม่แนะนำ ห้องอาบน้ำไกล แต่ห้องสุขามีใกล้ๆ ร่มรื่นดี สะอาด หญ้าสวย กว้าง มีหลายชั้นมาก เสียอย่างเดียว ไม่สงบเพราะเสียงเรือ
Very peaceful, quiet and tidy national park with beautiful lake views. Many accomodation options for tents, RV and bungalows as well as rustic rafts. Worth the long drive.
Really nice place to camp with many spaces and clean toilets. Bring your own power (no chargers) and food/drinks. Also bring a tarp, if it rains there is no cover. Staff in the park were not very helpful or eager to help, but they also weren’t rude.
