Khao Chuk High Mountain
Camping fee 200 THB per person per night, children under 10 years free, pets allowed free. Free fishing with no rod limit, bait and tackle provided. No live bait allowed except for cut fish. Cars can reverse park directly, no need to carry items far. Check-in 12:00-18:00, check-out 11:00. Cancellation or changes require 3 days notice, no refunds. No fires on grass area. Electric pots prohibited, charcoal stoves allowed. No portable AC units, fans OK. Quiet time after 22:00. During rainy season low cars have difficulty, regular cars can enter easily.
Bear Hill Camp
Camping area in Wang Nam Khiao District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province with quiet, natural atmosphere and cool air, especially in winter. The camping ground has soft grass with well-organized lot system. Main highlights include multi-level connected swimming pools and children's playground. Suitable for families and outdoor activity enthusiasts. Separate male-female toilets are very clean with adequate quantity, hot water heaters and good water pressure. Electricity is available at various points, portable air conditioner can be used. Pets are allowed, parking space available for car camping.

Two routes from Mae Sam Laep: 18km route is 70% dirt road with deep ruts and steep slopes requiring driving expertise, 22km route has more concrete but alternating dirt sections. Sedans not recommended. Motorcycles can go up but need good maintenance. Intermittent internet signal, GPS may not work, study route beforehand. Clean camping area accommodates 50-70 tents.

Doi Mon Mak or Doi Muen Mak. A beautiful 360-degree panoramic viewpoint located in Mae Chaem District, Chiang Mai. Originally, this area was farmland belonging to the Lawa (Lua) hill tribe, where they grew rice and areca (betel) palms. The land was later exchanged using tens of thousands of bunches of areca nuts, which is how the place came to be called “Mon Muen Mak” (Hill of Ten Thousand Areca Nuts).
